How it works:

You reach out to us!

Send us an email with details regarding your upcoming event. This can simply include date, time and location and what kind of equipment you're looking to be included in the event.

We plan everything out.

Once you reach out to us, our head technician will arrange a free consultation in whatever way you feel works best - a Zoom meeting, conversation by email, or even just a phone call or text exchange. In order to plan out the best possible set up for your event, we will discuss details such as event time length, expected attendance, run of events, power availability (how many available wall outlets, etc.), picture of room (if available, not necessary) and best times to set up and strike equipment. If all of this information isn't available to you upon consultation, don't worry: our technicians are seasoned enough to think on their feet and solve anything in the moment.

 

From our conversation, we create a floor plan and pull sheet.* From there, a price point can be decided. All payments to be made prior of event. Keep in mind that delivery and operation fees vary by distance and length of the event!

We make it happen!

Once everything is planned out, our AV specialist will show up on the date you want everything set up, trouble shoot all the equipment, and perform on-site operations throughout the event to ensure a perfect show run.

We try to have set up start at least 5 hours before the event starts, but if there's a time crunch, bring that up to us early on and we can figure something out! In other cases, if set up is agreed to be the day before an event, our event technician will leave after set up and finalizing, and then come back on the day of the event.

Once your event is over, our technician will pack up all our equipment and ensure the area is cleaned up just as it was before all equipment was installed.

*  We provide quality AV installation at a reasonable price well below industry standard, but if your needs for an event exceed our current professional capabilities (i.e. huge festival shows, 3+ breakout room set ups, anything very large scale) we will happily direct you to other AV companies that will be better suited to fit what your event needs.
